Memory Cages
This collection of cages is made with journals I kept on calendar pages from 1987 until 1998 (ages nine to twenty-one), scissors, and scotch tape.
Each cage is a literal and figurative document of behaviors and ideals from this eleven-year time period, a document of unconscious obsessive collection and analysis.

Calendar/journals kept from ages 9-22 (1987-1998), scotch tape, wood, twine and wire, 8 x 12 x 8 ft, 2007
